When opening a new hotel, there are at least 7 questions you should ask to your interior designer before giving him the project. Let's have a look at them!
1. Is he able to satisfy your business objectives? In other words, is the design agency you are choosing only proposing you products or is it able to offer you the right solutions for your business needs
2. Does he listen to you? A supplier who can listen to you since the beginning, can give you more guarantees that the project will be developed according to your requests.
3. Does he know the new and updated solutions about planning and manufacturing? In the world of hospitality interior design, always new trends and solutions come out, that allow you to reach your purposes with less money...
4. Is he able to avoid waste? It's good to invest but it's even better to avoid waste of money. And usually this is something easy to understand from the beginning
5. Does he have a portfolio of good projects, successful and delivered on time? Usually the person who doesn't respect deadlines and budgets, tends to repent the error. Reliability is a natural- born characteristic of a supplier.
6. Is he proposing original solutions? Usually intuitions and unexpected solutions can change a normal project into a winning and successful hotel.
7. Will he give you help after having finished your project? There are some companies that, once finished the project, absolutely don't care about what happens after.
Answering to all these questions yous should be able to choose the ideal partner for your hotel!
